Dexter the Dog needs a home
1710068 - Dexter -- originally an owner surrender to the city pound. Young adult mixed breed (approx 3) that needs a home where he is always part of the family's action and is not left alone for great lengths of time. He was adopted through DAWG but that placement did not work out with their other dog so Dexter is now at the DAWG House, 3307 S Eisenhower Pkwy, where the volunteers are caring for him and you can adopt him. His former owner says he is house-trained and knows basic commands, very loving to people. Also look for him at the next mobile adoption event on Saturday.
$60 adoption fee includes neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations and microchip.
